Michael Lavoie:
Jacksonville is one of the fastest growing areas in the country here in North Florida. Got a lot of transportation, a lot of logistics companies here. We also have a lot of IT focus that’s coming to Jacksonville, a lot of technology companies are moving in. So Jacksonville is growing and North Florida in general is an amazing place to live, and people are finding out that they can live, work, and play here.
Chris Kiernan:
As the city of Jacksonville develops new areas and expands their footprint, we’re in a great position to help them grow and help all these new businesses get up and running quickly.
Michael Lavoie:
So because we’ve invested so much in the network infrastructure here in North Florida, we’ve been able to open up this new office and to have the team, both operations and sales, come together in one place so that we can collaborate and serve our customers better. We’re able to not only serve the business community out of this office, but give a place for our employees to collaborate and to work together as a team.
Ricky Trotter:
I don’t know how other markets are, but Jacksonville’s a relationship town. People buy from who they know and who they like, and I think Uniti’s done a great job of assembling a team here in Jacksonville, Florida. And it’s been a plus as we continue to grow this market and we’re making our competition very nervous right now because we are doing a really good job, I think.
Nancy Raduns:
We’re really excited today. We’re getting ready for the JITC event tonight. It’s the ribbon cutting event with Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and it’s our chance to welcome everyone to our new office and show it all.
Chris Everson:
I mean, I live an hour away and I don’t have to come to the office every day, but I do. And because I enjoy coming here, I enjoy working in this facility. I enjoy showing it off to customers and clients. Everyone who’s walked in here thinks this place is like absolutely awesome. It’s worked out to a very good place for our customers, our partners, and for all of us as employees to work together.
Michael Lavoie:
