I’m Crystal Sanches with Louisiana Center for Women’s Health, I’m a nurse practitioner here. We’re a clinic in West Monroe, Louisiana. We provide GYN services, women’s health services, weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetics. We provide service to women from Arkansas, Mississippi, Texas, and Central Louisiana on up. I think we’re passionate about giving care to women, it’s not just like cattle going through here, we look at each person and come up with an individualized plan and what they need in their life to make it better. I like improving the quality of women’s lives, I love that. I love connecting with my patients, and I’m friends with several of them outside of this clinic. So, connectivity is very important for us because we use an electronic medical record. That means that patient’s record is all online. I need to have that internet service so that I can get to their record, I can order labs, I can send prescriptions.
And so, if we lose service, we are just shut down. In the past, we struggled with the service that we had, we could be down for quite some time, and it is a miserable road. So, we switched to Uniti about two years ago, and it’s been a really, really great process. There was one period of time where there was a fiber cut, not any relation to Uniti, so the one time we were down, we’re immediately connected with service, and they got it back actually on the same day, I was really, really pleased with how quickly a problem that wasn’t Uniti’s fault got fixed very, very quickly. We also have phone system with them. And honestly, it’s great. If I have any question about what to do with a voicemail or needing to change something, I can quickly get somebody on the phone.
And having people that actually communicate with us, that give us service, is so much better than some of the other businesses I’ve dealt with in the past when you can’t get anybody an email, or on the phone, or anything like that. So, we’ve been so pleased with the service provided by Uniti. Their connectivity has been fantastic. The speed that we pay for, we get every single time. It is just nice to have something off of my plate that I don’t have to worry about with the internet, with the phone system. I have plenty of other things that I have to worry about, taking care of patients. I tell anybody to think about going with Uniti, I mean, I don’t even second guess it. I have some patients with businesses, I’ll tell them about it. The options that we have around here, I mean, it just beats it all. They’ve been perfect for us, and I think so many people should look at them and give them a chance.
