Johannes Weber

Johannes Weber was appointed to the Board of Directors on May 21, 2026. Mr. Weber is a consultant for Elliott Investment Management L.P. Prior to becoming a consultant, from 2009 until January 2026, Mr. Weber was portfolio manager at Elliott Investment Management L.P. with responsibility for certain public and private equity and credit investments across multiple industries for fifteen years. In addition, Mr. Weber served on the Board of Directors of Windstream from 2020 to 2025. Mr. Weber holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
