At Smith Dukes, we’ve utilized Uniti’s services for almost 10 years now. And as Uniti’s services and offerings have grown, we’ve grown with them. The Delta Data Center, we’ve put equipment in the data center. They’ve started offering phones, we’ve pushed a lot of clients to their voice services.

Over the last 10 years, there’s been a whole lot of trust that has built up between us and Uniti. We have several divisions. We have an accounting, payroll, recruiting, and, of course, IT. We are multi-site. We could not all fit in this one building. So Uniti allows us to connect all of the sites together quickly, reliably, with low latency. And we also utilize Uniti’s data center services.

Uniti has bailed us out of some projects in the past. We had a client where we needed service turned up, in less than two weeks, and that is absolutely not possible in the fiber world, with permitting and everything else that can get involved. And Uniti made it happen. I don’t know how they made it happen. I don’t know who was called, but two weeks from the date of that phone call, that client had internet service. And it was awesome.

Really have no other reason to look elsewhere. Uniti’s staff has a personal touch. The engineering staff is great, very responsive. We love our sales rep, Kevin. Couldn’t be happier.
