Hi, I’m Mike Monomiro. I’m with Infinity Medical Institute. We’re a health and wellness medical center based out of Tampa. We’ve been here for about 20 years, helping people through regenerative health. We do everything from bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is where we started, and it just morphed into other things, where we’re doing peptide therapies now, we’re doing stem cell therapies, PRPs, anything that can help enhance people’s lives in a natural way without having to use pharmaceutical medications. I mean, I just love interacting with our patients. I love seeing the changes in them. Not only do we treat them from the inside, we also treat the outside. So once they start feeling great and I see them take better care of themselves, they start investing in their own health because now they’re starting to feel great, it’s very exciting to watch that transition in our patients, and it’s what gives me my drive and passion to always find new modalities to help them enhance their lives.

As a matter of fact, we care so much about the patients that we wanna make sure that we’re accessible to them. We even give our cell phones out to the patients, so if it’s morning, noon, or night, even on weekends, if they need something, they can reach us. We’re always available for them. Connectivity is so important to us because without it, we’re actually dead in the water. The company can’t function. We have medical records that we have to run. We have to be able to see that charting. We also run all of our card processing electronically, so we’re 100% digital here at Infinity. Have you ever seen that little circle on your computer when it’s buffering and buffering and buffering? And then I’m fielding complaints from my entire staff because they can’t access the data that they need. I haven’t had that problem since we switched to Unity. It’s been an amazing, seamless operation. Things are quick. We’re, we’re able to access everything we need all the time.

There’s never downtime. As a matter of fact, Unity even comes in with extra support, not even asked for, suggesting things to make our experience even better. The amazing thing about Unity has been, well, one is speed, right? They didn’t come in and try to sell me a package and then try to upgrade me later. Everything they promised, they delivered on. And two is the reliability. We’ve never been down. We’ve never had interruptions in service. Oh, and by the way, we never saw that again. So I know we spoke about the internet, but the phones have been amazing. Not only are they the state-of-the-art VoIP product out there, but they’re interfaced with my other location. We have two locations, and now I just dial an extension and I can reach one location or the other just by picking up the phone and dialing three numbers. I was just really surprised by the VoIP product and how amazing it’s been for our business. You know, Unity is not a service, it’s a partnership, and that’s how I feel about it.

I don’t have time to worry about digital issues, phones, internet, and now I don’t anymore. I can get back to running my business because they’ve got all that covered. Not only that, they’ve saved me money. So it costs me less, and I have a partnership that I can trust. I would say if you’re considering Unity, I would go for it. I promise you’re not gonna regret it.
