Zack Smith:

My name is Zack Smith and I run Zack Smith Photography and specialize in storytelling. Whether it’s still photography, video, aerial testimonials, and I mostly work with businesses, entrepreneurs and artists in helping them tell their story, whether it’s on their website, marketing materials, social media, commercials, you name it.

I bring my experience, my almost three decades of storytelling and listening to each situation. I think it’s important for me to be a good listener because the more that I understand and learn about my clients, the better I can portray that story. Every day is different. That’s what keeps me coming back. One day, I could be knee-deep in the swamp doing still photography. The next day I could be doing aerial drone videography in the CBD. Every day is different, but I’m telling a story of someone that comes from where they live, what they do and what makes them passionate. And that just rubs off on me.

Connectivity for me is everything. People want their videos and their stills right away. Connectivity for me needs to be immediate, and having a fast, reliable, dedicated fiber solution was the most important thing in my business.

When I first moved to Julia Street, I immediately joined the Downtown Development District and was presented with an opportunity to have a ribbon cutting and a kind of kick starter to my business. So a lot of really important influential business leaders came to my ribbon cutting, and I met Terry Carter from Uniti. Terry came over in person, showed me the different options that Uniti had for a business like mine. And immediately, I realized that this was the way I needed to go to bring my workflow back to a place that I could provide my clients with the service they needed.

Oh man. Can you see the smile on my face? The service that Uniti gives my business brings me to the level that I want to be. Video files transfer to my streaming service so fast, I can be working on multiple applications while uploading huge gigabyte files, and it’s like butter. When I was coming from a time where I could only have one application open, where I had to send files when I left the studio because the internet worked better at night. I am so happy with the service Uniti provides. I’m happy because it helps me, but it also helps my client. They see the change, so they come back to me.

It’s this perfect trinity of a business relationship that I love. Any business owners that need reliable connectivity can rest assured that a relationship with Uniti will put all connection problems to ease. And if anybody’s having any issues with their current provider, give Uniti a call. Whenever I see Uniti on the ground or in a festival or promotion, I really get a good feeling like I’m with those guys. They got my back.
