Here at Marshall Law, we focus exclusively on bankruptcy, and bankruptcy is really a niche practice in the legal field. What really sets my business apart are my people. Connectivity, to me, is synonymous with productivity anymore. Everything that we do now requires electronic filing with the court. So if we’re not able to file a case, then our client is subject to lose a vehicle. They’re subject to have their home foreclosed on. The legal practice is a lot about timing, and there are deadlines. There are times that things have got to be filed by, or you have a disastrous result for your client. So it is imperative that we have connectivity that is dependable, that’s consistent, that’s fast that we can rely on, and Uniti has provided that from me and my law firm. Once we changed over to Uniti, which was a painless, seamless, wonderful experience changing over to Uniti, we’ve not had any issues at all with connectivity. We’ve not had one down day. I have not had to worry one time about having to come into the office and wondering if I’m going to be able to file a case or if I’m going to be able to run my business that day, and I’m not having to try to reboot.
The other thing about Uniti that I really love is, I’m able to get in touch with someone if there is an issue.And again, so far, no issues. I’m thoroughly happy.
