We’re a small family-owned business, local hardware store, and lawnmower and tractor parts dealership. We just like taking care of our community here in Jemison and the surrounding areas. Our internet connectivity is important because we have to have credit card processing, we look up parts, we order parts. We do all of those things, and we need to be able to do it quickly and reliably to take care of our customers and get them served in a reasonable amount of time.

Before we had Uniti Adaptive, we often had very slow connection or no connection at all. We were having to keep a cell phone hotspot to maintain credit card processing because of the frequency of downtime, would lose customers because it took up so long to look up their parts and serve them, and it really became a drag on our business. Now that we have Uniti Adaptive, we do have much more reliable parts look up, our credit card processing is very quick. We’re able to serve our customers faster, which helps them leave happier. It has improved our business life. We don’t have to worry about our internet service from one day to the next.

Probably what stands out to me most about Uniti is one, the reliability, truthfully, the ease of getting it installed. They were always on time. They showed up when they said they were going to, if not early. It was a very simple process to go through. And the relationship since then, they have taken care of us at every turn, and I would do it again. I would say if at all possible to use their service. It has been excellent for us. I just don’t know of any other way to describe it. It really has been great for our business.
