Michael Flannery is President of Uniti Solutions & Kinetic Business, where he leads the company’s business to business organization focused on delivering a full suite of innovative industry-leading and scalable managed cloud networking, collaboration and security solutions that power business transformation. He is responsible for overall strategy, execution, operations, and customer experience, supporting clients in addressing their changing technology needs by delivering advanced connectivity, optimized operations, and scalable market leading managed connectivity and networking solutions.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Flannery is a results-driven executive with deep expertise in revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence. Prior to Uniti, he served as President of Windstream Enterprise & Kinetic Business, where he led both enterprise and SMB business units. He previously held key executive roles at Windstream, including Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and SVP of Customer Advocacy and Experience.
Before joining Windstream in 2017, Flannery held senior leadership roles at EarthLink, including SVP and Managing Director of the SMB business unit and SVP of Business Operations. He also held executive positions at Level 3 Communications and Global Crossing, including Enterprise Business Unit CFO, and Chief of Staff for the enterprise & wholesales business units.
Flannery holds an MBA with a concentration in finance and information systems from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a bachelor’s in accounting from the School of Management at Binghamton University.
