Mary McLaughlin has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, where she has led both B2C and B2B businesses and consistently driven sustainable growth.  She previously served on the board of Windstream.  She held several senior executive roles at Comcast, most recently serving as Regional Senior Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic—one of Comcast’s largest and most complex regions. In this role, Ms. McLaughlin led a multidisciplinary team of over 5,000 teammates, serving more than 2.3 million residential and business customers.  She was responsible for all aspects of the region’s operations, and under her leadership, Comcast was recognized by The Washington Post as a Top Workplace in the D.C. area. Ms. McLaughlin is known for her ability to develop strong, results-driven operating plans and to lead large, diverse teams in executing them effectively. Her leadership has consistently translated strategy into measurable outcomes, delivering operational excellence and sustained business performance. She has received numerous national leadership honors, including being named one of the “Most Powerful Women in Cable” in 2020.  Before entering the telecommunications industry, Ms. McLaughlin served as an Assistant Attorney General in Massachusetts, focusing on consumer protection. She holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Certified Director.  Ms. McLaughlin is also deeply committed to community service. She currently serves on the boards of the University of Maryland Medical Center and the University of Maryland Medical System Foundation.
